Happy Easter!

Emma is cute in her new Easter dress and sandals!

She is finally in Nursery and is able to go by herself!

We got some fun Easter gifts - look at that large 

chocolate Easter bunny Eddie got for me!

We love our Easter books from the Copas and my boss

who gave us the more spiritual gifts about Christ.

We had a fun Easter egg hunt with the cousins!

Emma had a good time finding eggs!

During Spring Break we all went skiing as a family -

our first time all together!  It was a nice sunny day, so

it was a little slushy, but still fun!  It was my first time

in a few years.

Emma had fun in the backpack and fell asleep:)

This was Zachary's 1st time!  We had fun taking him

on the towrope for free at Alta.

He did well and even went by himself.

Megan and Joshua are pros and went off by 

themselves while we had to help the younger ones.

Megan had fun at Trafalga in Lehi and Orem during

Spring Break with friends.

Eddie and Joshua went skiing by themselves after a load

of snow came down at the end of Spring Break.

Emma looks cute in another new dress!  We got it

for $4 at Kohls - great deal!

Eddie took the kids to City Creek Mall in Salt Lake

and gave me a break one day - they enjoyed going

there and I enjoyed my break!

Then I got to go there on another day with Joshua and Megan.

The fountains and temple views are beautiful!

Zachary had fun playing on a soccer team this Spring.

Here he is being goalie, which he thought was really fun.

He got his medal at the end of the season.

March 2012

Having fun playing in our backyard on a nice day.

Then we used Zachary's birthday gift card at McDonald's
and had fun playing there.

Megan had a nice Spring Concert - she and her

friend both play the flute.

Joshua and Eddie had fun skiing at Snowbird.

I hosted a friend's baby shower at my house.

Emma and Zachary just love each other - Emma

always squeals when she sees Zachary and they

love to hug each other.


We celebrated Joshua's 15th birthday a day early

on Saturday with his friends.


We celebrated on Sunday, his real birthday.

The kids' grandpa in Utah took all the older cousins,

including Joshua, Megan and Zachary, to a play "Zorro"

at the Hale Theater in Salt Lake. They had a great time!

Thank you, "Pop-Pop"!

It was a nice windy day to try out Zachary's kite

that a friend gave him for his birthday.

We enjoyed a fun birthday party for Zachary's

friend at the Bean Museum.

At one of Joshua's track meets - he beat his 400

meter time on this race, making it in 65 seconds.

Joshua got his driving permit!

Emma was so happy to see her doll!

Megan had fun with her friend at the ColorFest

in Spanish Fork, where people explode bags of

colored chalk dust by the Hindu Temple.

February 2012

We had a fun walk on the river trail

to the tree swing. Emma liked to swing

on my lap and throw rocks in the river.

Megan brought her friend. They walked extra

on the trail since they're practicing for the handcart

trek they're going on this summer in Wyoming.

Zachary loved the tree swing, and had fun

riding his scooter on the trail.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Eddie and I stayed at the Hine's Mansion for a

Valentine's getaway.

Eddie, Joshua and Megan went skiing on President's Day,

as well as on a weekday the next week - had to miss school.

We went to the park to play and feed the ducks

while the others were skiing.

Happy 7th Birthday, Zachary! He had a great time

with his friends at Nickel City to celebrate.

We also celebrated with the cousins on Sunday -

two other cousins had birthdays the same week!

Emma turned 18 months at the end of February - yay!

She is walking mostly on her own, but still likes to hold

onto something while walking (a hand, a stroller, a wall).

She is saying more words now and loves her brother,

Zachary, a lot - he always makes her laugh and hugs her.

She has grown a lot and is now 26 percentile in weight (up

from 6 percentile at 15 months), 37 percentile in height,

and 85 percentile in head size.
