We put our house up for sale, and it sold in one weekend!
For about $500K cash after everything!

I thought Rocky got on the sign by himself,
but Megan told me later she put him up there, haha!

Enjoying our last time with Rocky - we had to give
him away, since it would be hard for him in an apartment
when he loves the outdoors.  Also, our new neighborhood
HOA doesn't like pets that roam outside, like he would.  We
found a nice family in Payson whose cat died and they lived against
a mountain and were used to their cat wandering outside, and they
had a kitty door.  They didn't mind that he was a year old already.

We sold Megan's dresser.  Joshua helped move it,
along with a lot of other stuff to 4 storage bins that 
Eddie decided we needed, one climate-controlled.

Megan was exposed to Covid, so she stayed in her room
and made this t-shirt quilt while she waited for her test results.
The results took over a week, so she couldn't help pack and move,
and then her results came back negative - crazy!  She did help clean. :)

Moving Day

They overestimated how big of a truck we needed -
we told them only enough stuff for our 2-bedroom apartment!
They just estimated off our 6-bedroom house.

New Apartment

We picked out this apartment in Midtown 360 in Orem,
since they had 6-month contracts and month-to-month
after that.  We weren't sure how long it would take to get
our new house built, and needed a short-term lease.
